Welcome to PhotoWorthyTours.com! By using our website, booking a tour, or interacting with our services in any way, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, because they explain your rights, responsibilities, and what you can expect from us—and what we expect from you.
1. Who We Are
PhotoWorthy Tours is your go-to guide for unique, Instagram-worthy adventures around Curaçao. From curated photo tours to epic boat rides and cultural deep dives, we’re all about helping you make (and capture) amazing memories.
2. Booking & Payments
2.1 Booking Process
When you book a tour through our site, you’ll get a confirmation email right after your payment is processed. That email is your receipt and proof of reservation. If you don’t get one, check your spam folder—or just reach out.
2.2 Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. Prices are listed in USD (or your selected currency, where available) and include taxes unless noted.
2.3 Third-Party Tours
Some tours may be run by third-party operators. When you book these, you agree to follow their terms as well. We’ll make it clear when a tour is operated by someone else.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
3.1 Your Cancellation
Plans change—we get it. You can cancel most tours up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Any later than that, and we unfortunately can’t offer a refund. Some tours may have different cancellation rules (like non-refundable tickets), and those will be listed on the specific tour page.
3.2 Our Cancellation
If we ever have to cancel due to weather, safety concerns, or low bookings, you’ll get a full refund or the option to reschedule.
4. Liability & Safety
4.1 Personal Responsibility
You’re responsible for showing up on time, following guide instructions, and making sure you’re fit to participate. If you’re late or miss your tour, no refunds are given. If you act recklessly or disrupt others, we reserve the right to remove you without refund.
4.2 Assumption of Risk
Some of our tours involve physical activity, open water, or the outdoors. By booking, you accept all risks involved. We’re not liable for injuries, losses, or damages unless they’re the direct result of our proven negligence.
5. Use of Your Images
We love seeing your shots and may ask to feature them on our website or socials. If you tag us or submit photos, you grant us non-exclusive rights to repost, share, or showcase them—with credit, of course.
6. User Conduct
You’re welcome to comment on our blog, leave reviews, or message us through the site—but please keep it respectful. No spam, hate speech, or shady stuff. We reserve the right to remove content and block users who break this rule.
7. Website Content & Copyright
Everything you see here—text, images, logos, graphics—is the property of PhotoWorthy Tours or used with permission. You can’t copy, steal, or reuse our content without asking first. All rights reserved.
